Abstract

In the present work the author address thermal properties of diluted magnetic semiconductors using Heisenberg spin model antiferromagnets and ferromagnets. The author determine magnetic specific heat, Curie temperature and magnetic susceptibility of these materials taking into consideration of their lattice structure. Using high temperature expansion technique I determine coefficients of susceptibility (χ) and magnetic specific heat (c) up to the first few coefficients.
