The Effects of Cosmic Rays upon Climate Changes on the Earth to Generate Winds, Storms, Hurricanes and Tornados

The planet Earth is part of the solar system and the galaxy Milky Way, the value of electro-static charge of the Earth changes according to the value of solar rays and particle which colliding with atmosphere of the Earth which changes continuously due to the changes of the values of diameters of the elliptical orbit of the Earth around the Sun, these changes of the values of the solar rays and particle which colliding with the atmosphere of the Earth each second, have the influences upon the value of the electro-static charges of the atmosphere and the ground of the planet Earth, and because these zones tend to neutralize the electro-static charges among them and create the stable phase of material at a lower values of energy according to the universe laws which always urge materials to release their high energy to become in lower energy state. These charging and neutralization among the ground, atmosphere and the space either due to the direct effects these solar particles upon the value of the electro-static charges or indirectly due to the interactions of the solar particles which passes through the atmosphere which creating atomic excitations in the gases of the atmosphere which appears obviously as aurora, these excitations of the gases may be the another resource of the electrons which increase the value of the electrostatic charges of the atmosphere, creates a several phenomena’s such aurora, the electric breakdown in the stratosphere or the hot sidewalk, the flashes of intense light and rolling thunder, elusive electrical discharges in the upper atmosphere, that sport names such as red sprites, blue jets and elves, a hot sidewalk, the flashes of intense light followed by a loud clicking and then a low rolling thunder and the aurora oval which suddenly brighten before its breakup into sub storm and even the thunders and lightning during the volcano belches eruption taking its way from the ashes of towards upper direction instead down, due to the changes in the values of electro-static charges of the Earth's atmosphere, due to the continuously changing of the distances between the Earth and the Sun during Earth's elliptical orbit around the Sun between the value 147 million km and the value 152 million km, therefore we may assume that this is the issue of neutralization of the electro-static charges of the ground, atmosphere and the space around the Earth, to the changes in the values of electro-static charges in the Earth's atmosphere, and due to the changes in the values of the intensity of solar particles which bombarding Earth's atmosphere, which have the influences to change the value of the electro-static charges of the atmosphere of the Earth, it's the issue of the how the energy moves through the land and the air as well as the space around of our planet. There is a traditional concept in respect to the effect of the four seasons cycles of the Earth to generate winds and hurricanes due to differences in temperature, which causes expansion and shrinkage in the volume of air masses of the atmosphere, but this research focuses on another aspect which is a difference in the values of the electro-static charges of air masses resulting attraction and repulsion forces among air masses, due to the characteristics the electro-static charge creating winds, storms, hurricanes and tornados as well as many another phenomenon such aurora oval which suddenly brighten before its breakup into sub storm. Understanding this issue obviously guides us to design a suitable technical system to detect the values of the electro static charges in the atmosphere of the Earth in order to forecast places and times which may tornadoes occurs, to take the required precautions to avoid sacrifice victims due to these tornadoes, note that until now the science is unable determine the reasons which creates tornadoes nor able to forecast when and where tornadoes could occur, also in this study we may determining the circumstances which results landslides in the ground due to the global warming and build the suitable system which is able to detect gaps in the materials which lies underneath of the surface of the Earth, and to take the required precautions to avoid sacrifice victims due to these landslides, and even to make the artificially neutralization via launching rockets to passes through these high charged air masses in the atmosphere in suitable time and places to reduce the effects of tornadoes upon cities.
