The article analyzes the importance of investing in the development and development of the water sector economy, and investment policy is a key area of economic development in the country. It is proposed to solve the problems of attracting investments into the sector's economy. Projects for land reclamation and land reclamation, developed by the Ministry of Water Resources, will be financed through foreign investment in the implementation of a program to improve irrigation and drainage infrastructure.
